Your role as an Office Administrator / HR specialist

What are we looking for?

Sintecs is looking for an office administrator in Vilnius with fluent English and preferably good Russian. Every day you will be working alongside colleagues in Vilnius and from distributed offices (Netherlands, Belarus). A significant part of the working time will be dedicated to human resources management tasks. In this challenging, but also varied role within Sintecs no day is the same. In addition to your regular work, new ad hoc work will pop up every day.

Future Responsibilities:

  • Take proactive care of office administration matters, coordinate and oversee all office activities
  • Control the office supplies state and make sure it is in accordance with office needs
  • Coordinate and participate in office space planning, maintenance, and renovations when necessary
  • Control cleanliness of the office space, supervise the cleaning company
  • Dealing with documentation, managing archiving processes
  • Assisting management and colleagues as well as cooperating with them
  • Leading HR activities in Vilnius office, spending on HR up to 50% of working time. You play a role in the recruitment of new employees; you are responsible for the management of the personnel files

  • You are fluent in Lithuanian and English. Russian can be a very useful addition

  • Basic HR knowledge is an advantage (you will be supported by an HR colleague from the Netherlands)
